Take inspired action. Do more. If you "fail" once, try again. The universe rewards effort. Sometimes,it's that second shot, that will be the one you were looking for,the one you were dreaming of,the thing that gets you what you want. This is your life. Fear less. Love more. Don't be afraid of falling. Everyone falls. Just get back up again. Keep moving. It's all a part of the path. Smile. Cry. Don't be afraid to feel. Don't be afraid to admit what you feel. It is commendable to feel. Feel more. Open yourself up. Be open to the magic of everyday life. The beautiful surprises. Be open. Be strong.

BELLYDANCING

Belly dancing is not only a great physical exercise, but a great spiritual exercise as well. It is great for feminine energy and is also a wonderful way to open the lower chakras. Dancing is a celebration of life and represents joy. Exercise in general release endorphins and belly dancing is a great way to connect to the divine while doing so.
Physically, belly dancing is great for toning the lower body, back, and abs. One belly dance move you can try which is great for toning the abdomen and opening the lower chakras(root, sacral, and solar plexus) is belly rolls. First you tuck your pelvis under then you  tighten your entire abdomen. Then push out with your lower abs first. Push out with your upper abs, then tighten your lower abs,and then tighten your upper abs. Keep repeating.
Belly dancing is a sensual art form. The basis of all the cores moves is just below the navel which is where the 2nd chakra is located, the sarcal chakra(also called Swadhisthana). This is the sex chakra which governs our feelings of sexuality, creativity and feelings. Belly dancing is great for becoming more body aware. It is energizing and improves body confidence. Doing this style of dance will have you feeling stronger and more open and accepting of self.

NEED TO RELAX? | GET INTO SAVASANA POSE

Savasana is a basic yoga pose. Whenever you need to de-stress and feel total relaxation, this is a perfect thing to do. Taking a break from your day and laying down in this pose for ten minutes will leave you feeling refreshed. It is a great pose to meditate in and is a great heart chakra and third eye chakra opener. This is a pose of surrender. Surrender to the divine and allow yourself to just be.

HOW TO HAVE MORE TIME IN YOUR DAY|SOME NOTES ON TIME

Time is change-able. In a sense, time is an "illusion."  Time is actually non-linear. Since most people wish they had more "time" in their day, here is how to change time to have more of it. First, yield to time. It's a paradox that works. Let go and yield to it. When you do,time slows. It's a surrender. Now,notice how you speak about time. Do you often complain there is not enough of it or make remarks in a similar vein? Stop that. What you speak about, think about, you bring about. It's law of attraction. :) Remember that you and your life, are a work in progress and always will be. There will never be a point where you get it all done. There will ALWAYS be something. So,relax. :)
There's two things that seem to enter us in this different sort of dimension,a higher consciousness or vibration if you will. Both of these things have a lovely way of slowing time down and altering time in an interesting sort of way. It's being in love and meditation. Time changes with our perception of it. Different things seem to slow and speed up the illusion of time. Another great thing to do is to affirm. Affirm:"Time is on my side." Also, declutter. When your life is disorganized,it prevents you from being as efficient as possible. Become a more efficient person. The more efficient you are,the quicker things get done. Focus, too. When you are in a very good state of focus things get done quick. Develop your ability to focus. This is a great success tip. Become a more motivated and upbeat person. When your upbeat, you are focused, and things get done quicker. Focus is the key here.
Take breaks. Purposefully slow yourself down now and then. Breaks rejuvenate which in turn enable you to enter a more focused state. Slowing yourself down now and then surrenders you to time which paradoxically gives you more of it. Some of my most productive phases have been when I do less and take lots of breaks. Things just get done quicker AND I feel better, more energized.
Remember, you are doing ok. You will meet all your goals. Don't let your life become more about the doing only. Just be.You have a heart. You have a mission. It's all going to work out. Feel good about it.

YOU HAVE BECOME BLIND SEEING EACH DAY AS THE NEXT

Everything is connected. The Universe is always responding to you. Are you listening? What magic did today bring you? Are your eyes open?

1.)Life is beautiful. Feel your pain. Let it sink. Accept. Sometimes we are resisting things so much, what would happen if we just let go? Everything is going to work out. It really is.

2.)Everyone in your world is connected to you. In them,is the universe. In you,is the universe. You,and them, and the universe are one. This is called the concept of oneness. Just maybe, everyone has a message for you. Everyone is here for you..guiding you along on your path, playing a role in your life story. Angels. Giving you a smile when you need it. A reassurance. An epiphany. A contradictory viewpoint. A validation. Something painful to trigger some growth you need. An ear to listen. A synchronistic story to relate to. A hand to hold.

3.) Everyone is doing the best they can with the awareness they have.

4.) I find that people are intrinsically good. People generally don't really want to hurt you. When you hurt another, you hurt yourself. Remember, concept of oneness. :) If you are finding this not to be true, and thinking people are "not good," it's because you are resisting it. You are resisting the goodness in people and of the universe. People WANT to help you.

5.)Heal your perceptions.

6.) Take breaks. Find time to do nothing. If throughout your busy day,you can take a few ten minute intervals of doing nothing at all,you give your mind a chance to let go of distractions. You can miss out on important messages if you are constantly distracted or don't take a break from doing, talking, thinking.

7.)Things take time. Do a little bit. Then,do a little bit more tomorrow. Focus on the progress not what is still left. "You will never get it all done, but you always get it all right."-Abraham

8.)Remember:this is your life. Your path. Everything is part of it. You,and your life are a beautiful work in progress. Stay in the moment.

9.)Surround your environment with things that make you happy. Things that feel good. Make your space a happy, comfortable and uplifting space. :)

5 WAYS TO CULTIVATE YOUR MASCULINE ENERGY

1.) Be decisive. Decisiveness is key to success and inner peace. When you are decisive, you will meet your goals that much quicker, and you will find decisiveness gives your life structure.

2.)Take control. Take a look at your life and see where you can take more initiative. Practice doing this more in your life on a day to day basis.

3.) Be more action-oriented. Take inspired actions towards your goals. What actions today will bring you closer to something you want? What actions will make your life better, make you happier?

4.)Do more physical exercises. Also,do exercises that cultivate masculine energy by choosing exercises that regimented, focused, and disciplined. These are all masculine qualities you really want to work on if you are a masculine essence. Weight-lifting is one way to do this, along with anything that really challenges you to be disciplined and stay focused.

5.) Get a handle on money. Money is masculine energy. Get organized about it. Get smart. In most cases, think earn more, not save more.

These are just 5 ways to help if you are looking to cultivate your masculine energy. Work on this, and if you are someone with a mostly masculine essence, you will find yourself having a lot more peace, confidence, ease of life, and success by implementing these into your life.

"Oscar Wilde said:"Each man kills the thing he loves." And,it's true. The mere possibility of getting what we want fills the ordinary person with guilt. We look around at all those who have failed to get what they want and feel that we do not deserve to get what we want either. I have known a lot of people who, when their personal calling was within their grasp, went on to commit a series of stupid mistakes and never reached their goal-when it was only a step away."-Paulo Coehlo

IN THE DARKNESS YOU CAN SEE THE STARS

November. The nights get longer. Holiday blues can affect some. Getting less sunlight and societal pressures can have an effect that makes some people feel depressed. Winter is near and is in a sense, the death of the year.
It's darkest before the dawn. Every season carries with it meaning and blessings. Learn to flow and accept. Even embrace your sadness."Getting into the spiritual swing of things is no easy matter for the average person. The adverse thoughts of doubt and fear surge from the subconscious. They are the "army of the aliens" which must be put to flight. This explains why it is so often, "darkest before the dawn."
A big demonstration is usually preceded by tormenting thoughts.
Having made a statement of high spiritual truth one challenges the old beliefs in the subconscious, and "error is exposed" to be put out.One of my students once asked me to explain the "darkness before the dawn." I referred in a preceding chapter to the fact that often, before the big demonstration "everything seems to go wrong," and deep depression clouds the consciousness. It means that out of the subconscious are rising the doubts and fears of the ages. These old derelicts of the subconscious rise to the surface, to be put out."-Florence Scovel Schinn
Law of polarity. To have light, you have to have darkness. The darkness exists to help you appreciate the light. It provides perspective and balance. Just like there is benefits to light, there is benefits to darkness. Darkness can provide clarity. It is contrast. This is a great time to get clear on what you want.
Now is a great time to dream. Dream and give thanks. Give thanks for all the blessings you have recieved this year and all that's to come and start allowing your heart's desires to get really clear. Reflect. Write. Spend some time with yourself taking in the solitude. Take in silence. Immerse yourself in nightskies. Visualize.Spring is the season of manifestation. Now is a time of brewing. Let old things that you no longer want/need or add value to your life "die away." Let old patterns or habits go.
Contrast is essential. "Contrast helps you to identify desire. Desire is summoning."- Abraham Hicks

And that's what that winter of the year does for you. It allows you to get clear, let go,and to dream of the future. Remember that all things in life have purpose and meaning. Nothing happens without reason or by chance.

Amidst the chaos and craziness and things that may go seem to go "wrong," look for the beauty. Maybe even laugh at it. Are your eyes open? Are you listening to life? Allow your intuition to be strong. In the darkness, there is light. There is clarity. There is a path unfolding. Dream. Strengthen and nurture. Plant good seeds for your future. Find comfort in it all.

5 WAYS TO FLOW INTO YOUR FEMININE ENERGY

For more information on feminine and masculine energy:http://healingyourhappiness.blogspot.com/2012/07/feminine-energy.html

1.)Take a look at the way you exercise. A lot of exercise is more better for masculine energy, and that is good to do if that's what you want to cultivate. However,if you are seeking to flow more into feminine energy, ask yourself if the exercise you choose to do is helping that. Dance is great for this, especially belly dancing. Belly dancing is also great for the chakras. Yoga and pilates is balanced in feminine and masculine energy and is also great to do. Exercises that are best for feminine energy will be more spontaneous, and less regimented.

2.)Move more slowly. In a masculine dominated society where we are often encouraged to rush about through our day, this may be a bit of a practice. But,doing so will reap many benefits. It will relax you. It will also help you to flow more with life, and be more present. And,as paradoxical as it may sound, you will actually find you can possibly accomplish MORE if you do this. It's a little bit of a trust and surrender. In moments throughout your day, instead of moving fast, just slow it down a little. When one yields to time, time comes to their side.

3.)Allow yourself to receive. Many of us are not very good receivers. We can give but when something is offered to us,like a compliment,or gift,or a favor,or help,we may turn it down thinking it's polite or deny it in some way. Instead, try accepting and allowing yourself to be filled with gratitude by the giving. You may be a good giver, but how good of a receiver are you? Both are important.

4.) Get creative. Maybe find an outlet that allows you to express your creativity. Paint, write poetry, sketch, play with colors, clothing, designs. Also, maybe find ways to be creative even in your daily life. Think creatively.

5.)Mix things up in your day to day life. Allowing things to be too regimented in your day to day life is horrible for feminine energy. Find little ways to mix a little spontaneity in your life. It could be from even trying a new food item for dinner,to driving a different route home from work. Find ways to not allow things to feel too routine. Embrace the feeling that everyday is different and full of possibility and the wonder that anything beautiful and unexpected can happen at any time. Be open to that.

I will write a follow-up for masculine energy next. :-)

DE-CLUTTER YOUR LIFE|LESS IS MORE

Clutter holds you back. In a sense, clutter can even be considered "bad luck." Your living environment represents your state of mind. If you are surrounded by a mess and disorganization, you can bet your mind is not clear. And,on the contrary,if you are someone who is pretty organized, your mind is likely reflective of that.
Clearing clutter is freeing. It helps you to focus and will make you feel lighter and overall more positive. You will feel more able to take on the world.
Are you someone who attaches a lot of meaning to clutter? Maybe you have been called a packrat before? The thing is,our possessions make us feel filled. And,to feel filled is a good thing. It reminds of us things that feel good, and things that were meaningful in our lives. But,less is more. :-) Less enhances. Basically, you will find as you get rid of some things you don't TRULY want/need,and keep just some things, you will feel MORE of your memories and in a better way. You DON'T need to have every little thing that reminds you of some thing or phase of your life. Your memories are within. They live within you. Let go of the attachment.  :)How do you choose what you no longer need? Follow your intuition. A lot of times you will find you don't REALLY want something, but just feel afraid to let it go. How will you feel years from now if you no longer have this? You want to feel trusting of life enough to where you KNOW you don't really NEED anything that is a possession, but able to enjoy the earth joy of owning some things, because there is nothing at all wrong or unspiritual about that. It's a process that only you will be able to decide for yourself. There is no one else who will be able to tell you what is special to you and what to keep and what you don't really need/want. It's pretty subjective.
De-cluttering will also give you more time in your day. Everything is energy. As you let go of things you don't truly want/need,you leave space for new to come to you. And,it's all part of your path. It's all a part of you.

QUESTIONS

Sometimes,it's good to check in with yourself and ask yourself good questions. Asking yourself good questions helps you to reflect on how you can improve upon yourself and your life, and can enable you to think more positively.

~What do I want? I covered this in an earlier blog post. Asking yourself this simple question simplifies things for yourself. So often our minds get cluttered with chatter, and we can become indecisive or frustrated. Stop. Breathe. Ask yourself:WHAT DO I WANT? Sometimes,it can be such a relief and a step forward just to ask yourself this.

~How has my life changed in the last month( or 3 months,6 months, year,or whatever time interval you want to choose)? Doing this keeps you focused on the progress you have made, and helps you see where you are at now in life. It also puts you focused on gratitude. Sometimes,in the moment of life,we may not feel like we are changing as much as we are,but change is constant,it's always happening, and stepping back and looking at that, helps you to really see it,which makes you feel good, and is affirming.

~What feels better?/What would make me FEEL better? When making a decision, ask yourself, what FEELS better? As in truly better. Better from the heart. What feels better,is the better decision. Don't let ego(the mind) interfere with heart.

~How can I be better/do better? This is all about self-improvement. Love and appreciate ourselves and our lives as they are, while having a healthy striving for improvement. It's perhaps a paradox, but it's about growth. We are meant to to grow, which is what the "improving" is about. But,we still love where we are at,we love the path we are on,we love our past, and trust in the greatness of the our future.

What actions can i take to make my life better/make myself more successful and peace filled?

What would make me happy? Another simple question, but how often do we actually ask ourselves this? We fill our minds with negativity all the time, but filling it with positive simple questions guides our mind to the positive,so we therefore stay focused on the positive for longer, and therefore become more solution focused people.

These are just some examples of positive questions you can ask yourself. Come up with your own,and check in with yourself now and then. :-)

"Nothing in this world happens by chance."-Paulo Coelho

Friday, October 19, 2012

STAY CENTERED. BE SUCCESSFUL.

Life is your creation and and staying centered is so crucial. Some notes:

~Exercise. Exercise releases endorphins and raises your vibration. It's also one of those things that when you find the time to do it,you also find life gives you more time. Working out your body,is also working out your mind, and your spirit. It's taking care of yourself and loving yourself.

~Even when life gets busy, find the time to do the inner work. Meditate, journal, take some time to reflect,do affirmations, whatever it is you choose to do. This is like putting the polish on your life. It's work, and doing the inner work, makes your outer world a lot better.

~Relax. Don't take things too seriously. When you take things too seriously,it can put you on edge. Things go better when you can learn to step back a little and live with ease in all that you do.

~Things change, people change. This is not something to fear,or be angry about,or to be confused by. It is merely the flow of life.

~Acceptance. Sometimes, you have to accept things. This is not defeat. It's surrender and stopping yourself from useless persistence.  Remember,"whatever you resist, persists. "-Wayne Dyer .Accept, and flow.

~Listen to life.

~Understand that most,if not all, spiritual truths are paradoxes. For some, this will be easy to understand. Others may need to open their mind to the beauty of the abstract.

~Allow your perceptions to be healed. Sometimes, when something is bugging you,or confusing you,or is in general just not working for you, what really needs to be changed is your perception of it. A lot of times when we ask for certain things to change, all that is really changing, is our perception of it. So,ask God for help in healing your perceptions.

~Remember,"90% of success is showing up."-Woody Allen

~Take care of yourself. Be good to yourself. In whatever you do,ask yourself is this being good to yourself? Make sure you eat. Get sleep. Allow yourself to have FUN.

~Free yourself from the fear of what other's think of you. There is probably not a human out there who doesn't at least from time to time care what other's think. But,free yourself as much as you can. You will climb higher once you do. Follow what your heart says, your heart desires, not what other people will think.

~Don't let your wounds cripple you. Use your wounds. Make art with your wounds. Use your wounds to create a new life,to drive you to go higher. Whatever you do,don't let them keep you down. Your wounds should open you up and cause you to fly higher.

~One of the most key ingredients to success is simple, yet underrated. It's FOCUS. It's amazing the peace and success that comes from focusing the mind. Focus is power. I think people often make the simpler things in life harder then they need to be. When you practice focus more and more in your life, you enter a flow. You get in the zone of things. Practice it.

~Appreciate the small acts of kindness from others. Appreciate the oneness of the universe.

~Don't let societal dogma dictate how you live your life.

Hope your month of October is full of wonderful activities, fun, and optimism. Feel filled by love and friendship, the bonds you make, and the change in the air. Appreciate the beauty and stay centered no matter how hectic life gets.

BLAME&GUILT

There are two big things that hold us back from freedom and success. And,in a sense these two things don't REALLY exist as they are products of fear. It's an illusion and you don't want to fall into the trap of either of these two. First,we will talk about blame. There is no such thing as blame. We are all co-creators of our realities and so therefore all things one attracts into their reality,is THEIR creation. Free yourself from the concept of blame. Yes,that's right. At first,it could seem easier to blame another, but when you do that, your giving away your power to the one you are blaming. So,shoulder up the responsibility. Ask yourself how on some level did you bring this situation about. This is a very empowered way of being. Take control of your life. Vow to never blame another person again.
The second key to freedom,is for some people, harder to understand and apply. However,it's something that holds a lot of people back far more then they know. It's being consumed by guilt. On some level, most humans are racked with guilt. Guilt for little things they have done,or have not done,or could have done better. They may not know it,but on some level, this is keeping them from achieving higher. They believe they can only achieve to some certain point because their guilts have them feeling inadequate. A lot of this may even be subconscious. What you need to do is forgive yourself and realize guilt will not make anyone's life any better and it's actually staying stuck in ego. Plus,we are all-co-creating. Whatever situations you feel guilt about, the other's in the situation attracted and created it as well to their realities. We all do the best we can with what we know. Let it go. Do better next time. Staying stuck in guilt, and not achieving your maximum potential may trick your ego into thinking your a "good" person, but in actuality,it serves nobody, and certaintly not yourself.
So,realize that it's ok to make mistakes. Sure, there may times where you resort to blame still. For example, how dare that waitress take forever with your order. Clearly,it was her fault. Just keep working on letting the concept of blame go.As for guilt,i'm not encouraging you to NEVER feel guilt. I'm encouraging you to let go of it,and never dwell in it. Feel it for a few moments, few minutes, whatever the time it needs depending on the situation,THEN let it go. Do better next time. Following what I have talked about will do wonders for raising your vibration, feeling more peace within, and achieving your success to the full.

The Heart Chakra

The heart chakra(also called the Anahata chakra)is the fourth chakra. It's color is green and pink and it is feminine. The heart chakra is where unconditional love is centered and it is the chakra that connects you to the spiritual world. Foods that aid in a healthy heart chakra include green foods such as leafy salads. The best yoga pose for heart opening is camel pose. And,the best solfeggio frequency for this chakra is 639 hz.
Some things that close the heart chakra include heartbreak, emotional pain, and anxiety. When you have anxiety, you are essentially closing yourself off to life, and life is love,so therefore you are closing your heart chakra. You need to infuse love into your life and open yourself up to life. Opening and clearing the heart chakra allows you to let go,and forgive. If you are someone who is holding onto issues of unforgiveness in anyway, you definitely need to do some work on your heart chakra.
You may need to do solar plexus work before the heart chakra can benefit to the full from the work you do on it.The solar plexus rules feelings of empowerment and emotional memories. To heal your emotional memories, you would do solar plexus work which is the third chakra and then move up to the heart to heal.
Healing isn't always easy. You may experience feelings of pain or have old unresolved wounds come up. When I did some healing work on my heart chakra,I felt these very pleasant, blissful sensations in my chest. I guess it was like a feeling of it opening. It felt very good. I was in a very surrendered phase of life and even just focusing my eyes on green in nature for a few seconds would instantly bring these sensations to me.

More ways to open your heart chakra:

~Walk in a field of green, such as a forest or beautiful park filled with lots of grass and trees. Observe the scenery and really take it all in. :-)

~Give hugs.

~Affirm that you are surrendering to life and allowing yourself to be open, and open to life, and open to love.

~Focus on your heart chakra center and visualize it opening.

~Cry. Release feelings of hurt that you need to let go of. Crying is very cleansing and good for the heart chakra.

~Stare at the moon. I believe the moon and the heart chakra are connected. Whenever I stare at the moon,I feel it in my heart chakra.

Memory&Are We Ever Really Unconscious?| Quotes

"It is doubtful we ever really forget anything. Our brain squirrels away images of the most trivial events." Jose Silva,The Mind Control Method

"Our brains record far more events than we realize."-Jose Silva,The Mind Control Method

"During the course of her pregnancy, this woman had developed an excellent rapport with her obstetrician. Between the two there was friendship and confidence. Came time for her delivery and she went routinely under general anesthesia and gave birth to a healthy baby. Later, when her physician visited her in her hospital room, she was strangely distant, even hostile towards him. Neither she nor her physician could account for her changed attitude, and both were eager to find some explanation for it. They decided to try, through hypnosis,to uncover some hidden memory that might explain her sudden change.
Under hypnosis she was led through time regression, from her most recent experience with her physician back to earlier ones. They did not have far to go. In a deep trance, instead of skipping over the period where she was "unconscious" in the delivery room, she recounted everything the doctor and nurses had said. What they said in the presence of the anesthetized patient was at times clinically detached,at other times humorous, and at other times they expressed annoyance at the slow progress of her delivery. She was a thing, not a person;her feelings were not considered. After all,she was unconscious, wasn't she?
I question whether it is possible ever to be unconscious. We either can or cannot recall what we experience, but we are always experiencing, and all experiences leave memories firmly printed on the brain."- Jose Silva,The Mind Control Method

Notes on living blissfully

It's a full moon tonight. I always love full moons,i can feel the energy of it even days before it is here. I will write more on moon energy soon, but for now, some notes on living your life as blissfully as you can! :-)

~Life is too short not to do the things you want to do. Life is for living. Live.

~Take responsibility for your life. Blame does not exist.

~Move a little more slowly through your day. Doing this places you in feminine energy. American society is very masculine dominated and encourages a fast paced way of being and rushing. But,see what happens when you move a little slower. You will feel more relaxed, more aware, and time will yield to you.

~Pray.

~Receive. We are encouraged to be giving,as we should be,but how good are you at receiving? Both are important.

~Be decisive. Get focused. Follow your heart's desires. Get so focused on your goals that you are in a flow with it. Infuse your goals with focused, strong, positive energy.

~Don't give up on yourself. Believe in yourself. Love yourself. Some things take longer then other things. But,everything in it's right time. :)

~Be easy on yourself. If you make your goals seem very hard and out of reach, and like they can only be met with very hard struggle, you are only going to make the journey harder on yourself. This is not to say effort is not required. It's to say, don't make things harder then they need to be.

WHAT IS THE LAW OF ATTRACTION?

I learned of the law of attraction in late 2009,and started more seriously applying it and learning about it in early 2010. I don't remember exactly how i learned of it,i probably stumbled upon it while doing an internet search. It felt good to find a belief system that instantly resonated with me so completely. From Christianity to Buddhism,I was able to take little parts here and there from other religious and spiritual teachings, but law of attraction. Wow. That was something that just made complete sense to me.
So,what IS the law of attraction? Basically, the law of attraction is like attracts like. Whatever you think about, you bring about.Your beliefs create your reality. Life is but a self-fulfilling prophecy. Think positive thoughts,it will manifest into your reality. Doesn't this make SOO much sense? And,isn't it a wonderful, and freeing feeling to know that if you can just think and believe in positive things, you will get those things. Control your thoughts, and you control your reality.
Well, when i first learned of the law of attraction,I was really happy and of course, tried to think more positive and utilize this. Easy, just keep believing in what I want to come true, and it will. Then, after a little bit,I was like, wait a minute, what about all the negative thoughts i've thought about before and the negative situations and experiences i've attracted into my life from the past? That can be hard to take. And,then,of course, you start to worry about other future negative thoughts you might have(which of course, worry=bad,as it's a negative thought). After reflecting on this for a bit,I realized I had to let it go. That was then. You forgive yourself. We all do the best we can with what we know. And,we are all creating our reality with our thoughts so we are all 100% responsible for our lives. You learn blame really does not exist. You cannot blame anyone for anything in your life. I personally found this wonderful. It's so freeing.Just like you forgive yourself for all the negative thoughts you've had before, you realize everyone else is off the hook for EVERYTHING in your life, because it WAS your creation, with your thoughts. This is hard for a lot of people to take, and it's what keeps a lot of people from utilizing the law of attraction in their lives. But,whether you believe in the law of attraction or not,it's working in your life.
You can work with the law of attraction to make your life better. Now that you know what it is,you can learn to let negative thinking and worry ease out of your life and start thinking more positive. Think positive thoughts. Feel positive feelings. Take positive actions. Don't be hard on yourself if you think negative still from time to time. EVERYBODY does. Just work at trying to train yourself to think more positive. This is something that with practice you WILL get better at. The mind can be a tricky thing. Don't give up. Work on creating new belief systems for yourself that serve you better.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”-Marianne Williamson

Immerse In Positivity

~Enjoy and embrace the feelings of summer transitioning into fall. Every season, like every day, every chapter, has it's good and has it's meaning. Flow with life. Be excited for the future and know the past never really leaves you,it is always a part of you.

~How a man responds to the feminine represents how he responds to life. A man who is not present to the feminine, always in his head, is not going to be present to life. It is important for the masculine to trust the feminine,to trust life,to pay attention to the universe and what the universe is telling him. A man who thinks "life's a bitch and then you marry one," and calls women "bitches" is an even more obvious example. This man does not respect life and does not respect the feminine. A man who loves women, loves beauty, also loves life. A man who wants to protect the feminine, and work for her also wants to work for life. He thinks life is worth working for. The feminine represents life. Take a look, and you are sure to see how a man responds to the feminine, and how he responds to life are one and the same.

~Make your affirmations work even more by taking a deep breath in as you do them. As you breathe in deep as you say your chosen affirmation, you are letting it really sink into your consciousness.

~Take care of yourself. Allow yourself to feel your feelings. Feel your emotions. Let yourself feel the hurt. Cry. Be angry. If you are feeling something, feel it. Repression is never good,it just delays you from feeling even better. There is no hiding or escaping from bad feelings. You can try to put on a happy face, think positive, but sometimes you just have to feel the pain of your emotional wounds no matter how petty they may seem or they will show up in other ways. This is the healthiest and quickest way to move on. Then, you will feel so much better and not be subconsciously holding onto it.

Have a great and exciting September! Yay for Fall. :-)

What Did You Accomplish Today?

~Observe your reality. Imagine yourself stepping back as if you are in a position of viewing. Visualize yourself and your life as if you are observing, perhaps like you are in the backseat of car. Doing this brings you to a place of surrender and helps you to pay more attention to the universe and to your heart guidance. What is the universe telling you? What are you doing? Where are you headed? These answers and more come to you when you allow yourself to observe.

~Want to feel more at peace and more connected to God? Try putting your hands in prayer position(also called Namaste). Doing this, without even thinking or saying anything will make you feel more at peace, more connected, and more in alignment and feeling positive. You can do this anytime, throughout the day,and it will make you feel good.

~A tip for either anxiety or detaching yourself from something: One tip I used to use to detach myself from either the feeling of anxiety or attachment is to visualize scissors cutting the anxiety or attachment I am currently feeling. Sounds simple, but it works. The scissors you visualize are literally "detaching" you from the feeling. It takes 2 seconds and repeat as necessary.

~What did you accomplish today? Were your productive in some way? What was the point of your today? Even if today, for you, your purpose was to relax and rejuvenate, did you do it? Always make everyday count. Be productive. Accomplish your goals. Even a little bit goes a long way. If your going to relax, relax. Whatever you choose to do,do it,and make it count.

13 Tips For More Happiness&Peace In Your Life

1.)Meditate. 20 minutes a day of pure silence is your chance to get back to you. The reason so many go through life confused and lacking clarity and peace,is because they don't allow themselves the time to let go of all the mental chatter and influence that's around them. Meditation is where you come back to you,and come back to God. Starting a meditation regimen will do so much good for you.

2.) Be easy on yourself. The purpose of life is to feel happiness. It's important to be kind to yourself.

3.)Exercise. Balance is important. You exercise your spirit with meditation, your mind with books, but it's important to exercise your body, too. To do so is very spiritual. Exercise releases endorphins and raises your vibration. It's really easy to be an active person,so if your not,do so,and you will notice an elevation in your mood. Active people almost always are happier than people who are sedentary.

4.)Have goals. Whatever you prefer to call it,desires, goals, dreams, make sure you have them. Having something to achieve infuses meaning and good energy into your life.

5.)Make each day have a point.

6.)Forgive. Forgive yourself and forgive others.

7.)Cut out or, at the very least, limit your time around toxic people.Everything around you is influence, even if only on a subliminal level.

8.)Cultivate a positive mind-set. Doing this is crucial to happiness and success. Don't be hard on yourself if you are not able to do this over-night. It takes time to develop and maintain this. But,it's so important to not give up on this. Think positive thoughts. Feel positive feelings. Take positive actions.

9.)Write. Writing is maybe not everyone's cup of tea but it is so beneficial. Journaling is excellent for helping to sort through your feelings.

10.)Develop your intuition and learn to listen to it. Life just flows if you are always feeling led from the heart in everything you do,and every decision you make.

11.)Be decisive. Indecision blocks the flow of life. This is one of the single greatest success tips you can know.

12.)Spend more time in nature. Nature is so good for you and so healing and will remind you that well-being is all around you.

13.)Laugh and smile more. It feels good to smile. It feels good to laugh. And,both of these things are so good for you. :)

Gratitude Opens You Up

Maybe it was in 2008 that I started seeking. In 2008,I began to notice the happiest of people, with the most blessings, were always grateful for EVERYTHING. Every little thing, they were thankful for. This inspired me. It made me decide to start being more thankful since I CERTAINTLY had alot to be thankful for. I started to SEE and FEEL, even more, how good I really had it. It feels GOOD to be appreciative. It elevates your mood to the highest point.http://www.discoveringpeace.com/the-abraham-hicks-emotional-guidance-scale.html
Positivity begets positivity. So,the more you count your blessings and feel how great that is,the more blessings are brought to you. I truly know my seeking in 2008 and feeling gratitude for all the wonderful that I had was the catalyst for my spiritual awakening in 2009. I think most people in society tend to be really ungrateful.
For me,gratitude opened. It opened me. It opened the path. It was the seed of a positive shift. Gratitude was what it all started with.

"One of the deepest feminine pleasures is when a man stands full, present, unreactive,in the midst of his woman’s emotional storms. When he stays present with her,and loves her through the layers of wildness and closure, then she feels his trustability, and she can relax.”-David Deida

Reflections from the Sonoran Desert

Some reflections during a me day i took during my business trip to Arizona.

~Follow your intuiton even if it doesn't make sense. Follow your heart's pulling.

~Taking risks is good for the soul.

~Challenges are good for you. They help you to grow, evolve, and strengthen. They are not to make life hard for you,but part of life's unfolding for you.

~Explore.

~Get a little lost every now and then. Immerse yourself in the beauty and wonder of it. You will always
end up back to where you need to be. :-)And,sometimes you have to get a little lost,to find yourself. Enjoy it.

                                       mexican bird of paradise

~Live intensely. Appreciate everything.

~Think back to two years ago. Now,look at life now. Everything you wanted has come to. Now,imagine where life will be 2 years from now. Amazing, isn't it? Everything in it's right time. Where you are at right now,is YOUR choice. Enjoy  reflecting on all the beautiful things  that have manifested for you in the recent years. Know that all the things you are desiring right this moment, will be something that you someday will be looking back on with appreciation. You are evolving and living the life you want.

~People are good, and people are kind. Believe this. God is in all.All around you,all the people you encounter,we are all part of God.I sometimes like to think of all the people I encounter(and animals, too) as angels part of my life path. We are all angels. We are all one. All the time i'm filled with gratitude by all the kindness and help i receive in life. All you have to do is believe in it and allow it.

~The past,present,and future are one.

~Soul places. A geographical location with which you feel a soul connection. A place which strongly resonates with your soul.Mine is the West Coast, especially Southern California.

~Well-being is all around you. Allow the wind to open your crown chakra, lift your forehead up to skygaze at the nightskies for your third eye-chakra. Allow the sun in the day to energize you and open your solar plexus and feel strengthened and empowered. Being in or near water cleanses your soul. It's rejuvenating and healing. Life is bliss.

The Orange Exercise

I call it the orange exercise because it is sacral chakra work.It should take about 5-20 minutes at the most.
Take out a notebook,or a piece of paper or whatever.Write down "What do i want?" Then, without thinking too much,in stream of consciousness style write down everything you can think of. From the mundane(turkey sandwich for lunch),to the big(go to Japan for a month),to the vague(to feel more confident),to the specific(i want a boyfriend/girlfriend who will respect me,not play games, know what they want out of life, who is a great cook and great listener, etc, etc)write down everything you can think of without thinking too much about it,until you feel clear out of things you want for the moment. That’s it. What is the purpose of this? It’s to help you get in the habit of being clear in what you want. Most people go through life not knowing what they want, denying what they want,or being clouded by indecison, etc, etc. Once you know what you want, getting it tends to come really quickly.Do this exercise as often as you feel fitting(everyday, few days a week, once a week, once a month, whatever).

How I "Found" God|Accidentally Discovering Meditation

This is an important time in my life. It was summer of 2009. It was really very simple,I had to get away from all the "noise." I was going through intense pain in my life. I was heartbroken by various things and confused. Before this time,I was like most people and disliked silence. I was a little afraid for my mind to be left too long without distraction. Back then,i feared painful thoughts and my mind wandering.
But,here i was in this significant time in my life where the "noise" both literal and the noise in my mind that couldn't stop was hurting me too much. And,i was led by intuition to walk outside and sit down to get away from it. I felt instantly soothed. I began to make it a habit to go outside and sit down in silence.Things started coming to me when i did this. My mind became cleared and "insights" came to me. I did a google search on meditation and the benefits and how to meditate and all that and  found out that is what I was doing. It amazed me how profound the effects were of something so simple.
I read somewhere that prayer is like talking to God and meditation is like listening to God. That really resonated with me. I really started to value the time i took meditating and would do it everyday. I noticed for me, personally,I had stronger meditation sessions when it was nighttime. Symbols and synchronicities would come to me. Sometimes after meditating i would be in a trance like state. It was very blissful. I entered a phase in my life where i could see strongly the universe was responding to me. All the things that came to me in meditation, showed me God was real. It was summer of 2009 that i was finally able to say i believed in God without a doubt in my mind. In some of my most intense pain and confusion,I became opened up.Opened up to life and to so much understanding of my personal life path. A new me re-emerged. In a sense, meditation really saved me. I have so much gratitude for it. I feel like i was divinely led to it,as a part of my path,to bring me to a new stage that really changed me.
In meditation,it was like i was being told "it's ok. Everything is ok." I really needed that. I was very scared and confused back then. Meditation is the kind of thing that can only be described so much. It's something you have to really experience to understand. People find God in different ways. People discover a more spiritual way of living in different ways. My way was meditation. All the answers came to me. You can read all the books you want, you can do various things to seek solace and healing, but nothing compares to what meditation can do for you. It was a miracle to me and it is what set me on my spiritual path and the catalyst for spirituality being such a passion for me.

Root Chakra

The root chakra used to be the chakra i didn’t really pay much attention to. I don’t even like the color red,and it seemed like a chakra that was not very necessary for me to work on. Starting in march, though,i have been focusing on it more. The root chakra rules issues of survival and security. If you are feeling really happy and excited and life is going really well, root chakra work can help you to stay grounded. They say this is a good chakra to work on when you are first falling in love,as well, for the same purpose. Any issues with anxiety or things of basic needs like worries about money or finances, would benefit from root chakra work.

The color associated with this chakra,is red and the root is the first, and lowest chakra. It is also masculine.Foods associated with this chakra would be protein rich foods and root vegetables. To balance this chakra, you can use color therapy with the color red. Make sure your getting enough root chakra foods. You can use aromatherapy such as sandalwood rubbed onto the bottoms of your feet. You can use solfeggio frequencies of 396hz.You can walk barefoot on the ground. You can also try vizualizing tree branches and being rooted into the ground.

Add some color to your life. Aqua color resonates with the throat chakra:communication, expression, truth, intuiton, and soothing. Also reminds me of the Caribbean.Love water. :-)
