CLEARING LIMITING BELIEFS

     Ever feel like your happy,but could be happier? Or,like your able to have some level of success but not take it past a certain point? This is due to limiting beliefs. Often times,there is something hindering us,that we may not even recognize because it is on a subconscious level. It's basically an energy block.
     There may something right now that is affecting  you but not as much as you think that is blocking you. Clearing this up will free you. Some limiting beliefs can affect you so much life may not even feel as meaningful to you. The first step is to find a limiting belief. The first one that may be affecting you the most at the current time in reality. Take a look at something that has been bothering you the most or has been on your mind a lot. Never mind if the issue may SEEM really petty. If it's on your mind a lot lately,it's an excellent place to start. Look at something that maybe you are complaining about. Uncover the underlying belief behind that. General limiting beliefs can be "I don't deserve to earn a lot of money." Or,"I'm not good enough." Only you can go deeper and more specific to an exact limiting belief. Sometimes exact limiting beliefs can affect us,too. Listen closely to what you think about and speak about often. How is it hindering you? "I can't find a good job because I never went to college." "I can never find a good parking spot."
     Once you've picked your first limiting belief,you need to clear it. You can clear a limiting belief in several ways. One is you can simply acknowledge it,and decide not to believe it anymore. Often,especially for more deeply rooted limiting beliefs,we will have to do more work on them then that,however. Affirmations are another route. Affirming creates. It is a a way to re-wire your subconscious,basically. As you repeatedly say an affirmation,your subconscious starts to believe it. So,you pick your limiting belief,say "I can never find a good parking spot." And,switch it to "I am always finding the perfect parking spot." You will repeat this often until you no longer feel you need to. Another way to clear a limiting belief is with afformations. Afformations change your mind through questions. So,instead of "I can never find a good parking spot," you would say "Why am I always so lucky to find such a perfect parking spot EVERY time?" 
     Another way to clear limiting beliefs that I find to be the quickest way is EFT. EFT stands for emotional freedom technique. You basically tap on meridian points. It is based on the same healing principles used in acupuncture,but without the needles. Sometimes,when we don't know what is bothering us,and we think we are doing all that we can to be happy and/or successful,there may be some limiting belief hindering us more then we realize. It's important to clear these energy blockages. You deserve to feel good.
