heart chakra/anxiety relief exercise


Take a deep slow breath.As you do this,focus on the heart chakra area(the chest). Visualize your heart "opening." Keep repeating this as needed. What this does,is it opens the heart chakra to allow more love into your life. :-) If you are feeling negativity/surrounded by negative people,or experiencing some minor heartache,do this. This also helps to relieve anxiety to allow more joy into your life. If you feel your chest is tightened,you are literally loosening it,with your breath and visualization.This is a great quick fix to feel better,wherever you are at,even if on the go,and having a busy day.
If you become conscious of your body,you will notice at various times,your chest opens and tightens. When you feel confident,filled with love,chest opens.Sometimes if you enter a deep place of surrender in life,you will even feel these wonderful,blissful physical heart chakra sensations in your chest. It feels really good. :-) This means you have released a lot of pain(break-up pain,perhaps) and are in a high place of surrender to the divine. But,also your chest,you will feel it closing throughout times,like when you feel anxious,or are around negative people or situations,or are not feeling loved/hurt by love.This is when this exercise can help. :)
